What is gratitude? Definition wise, gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
I get that definition, and I don’t disagree with it. In fact, I agree with it whole-heartedly. In fact, I think we need MORE gratitude in our daily lives. I’m working diligently to create an attitude of gratitude. Think Positive 30 is all about finding the good things in your life. Knowing that even when things aren’t going your way, that there are still some positives. You just need to find them.
Now, I’m starting to realize I need more…that’s where creating an attitude of gratitude comes in. I’ve created a facebook page called Gratitude Rocks and I would like all of you to stop by on a regular basis and share the things you are grateful for.
I’m starting to realize that I have so much in my life to be grateful for – big things and small. I want to celebrate them all. I’m cultivating an attitude of gratitude, and I hope you will too.
