Remember how your mom used to tell you that you are what you eat…well I’m here to say you are what you THINK about – so think positive and you’ll be positive.

when i was little, my grandmother used to tell me that all the time. I was always so afraid i'd turn into a squash or something :lol:

I much prefer knowing that i'm going to turn into my positive thoughts - thanks.
