Oh how I LOVE this quote, and it’s so true – if you don’t know that something isn’t possible, it becomes POSSIBLE.  Don’t listen to the doubts of others.  Go out and do what you want to do.  Maybe you’ll succeed, maybe you won’t, but if you don’t try, you’re guaranteed to fail.
