Way back in the 60’s and 70’s (okay it wasn’t THAT way back) people talked a lot about “finding themselves.”  They quit jobs, abandoned relationships and sometimes just walked away from their entire existence in order to find out who they were.  But the fact of the matter is, we don’t need to find out who we are.  We make ourselves into who we want to be.  We all have the power, deep inside, to be whomever we want to be.  I’m not saying I can turn around and be someone like Demi Moore orAngelina Jolie – they’re both doing perfectly fine jobs at being themselves.  And I sure as heck don’t want to fashion myself into a pallid imitation of any famous person.  What I can do, what you can do, what any of us can do, it make ourselves be the best possible version of ourselves there is.  Take a look deep inside and decide who you want to be and then get to work.  I know you can do it!
