I am thankful for all those who said no. I am also thankful for all the people who lied to me, and who hurt me because it has taught me to be strong. I will not judge others, but I will be careful with me. I know that I am the first and most important person in my life and it is up to me to protect me. In doing do, in taking care of me, I am then able to help others, and share my thoughts, my life and my love with them. So thank you for saying no, thank you for hurting me, thank you for lying to me – it has made me who I am today, a strong, wonderful person who is becoming a better person every day.
