From Impossible to Ineveitable

So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable. Christopher Reeve

We all have dreams, at least I hope we do.  I have a plethora, and yes, when I just dream about them, the most certainly do seem to be impossible.  Every dream we have is impossible if it only remains in our heads and hearts.  CRThe second we apply even the slightest bit of effort, those dreams start to become real. They may be out of reach, but they are there.  It’s only when we start to work toward them that the miracle happens.  Our dreams start happening.  I love that this quote came from Christopher Reeve.  You may or may not know that in the late 70’s and early 80’s, Reeve played Superman in the movie franchise.  He was a pretty great Superman in my opinion.  Then, in 1995, tragedy struck.  Reeve was paralyzed in a horseback riding accident.  But Reeve truly was a Super Man in his own right.  Although the accident left him a quadriplegic, Reeve worked tirelessly to fund spinal cord research.  He believed that people suffering from spinal cord injuries could regain movement.  Tragically, Reeve passed away in 2004, but his dream lives on and amazing progress has been made in that field.  When Reeve was injured, the thought of a quadriplegic regaining use of their limbs was just a dream, but every day we become that much closer to it happening.  What started as a dream will most certainly become an inevitbality.
